doc: fix the format of the releaseinfo tag

According the example documentation template, it should be one of:
Applications xx.yy or xx.yy (Applications xx.yy) or $applicationname xx.yy

but the form 'xx.yy (Applications xx.yy)' is the most appropriate
in this case.
