When a result is invoked, the query string is prepended to the history, query strings
are only added once. When KRunner is opened, the history will be displayed right away.
The old ComboBox approach caused bad usability because of two vertical lists conflicting
with each other.

Devive pixel ratio has some problems in plasmashell currently.
In particular:
- dialog continually expands (347951)
- Text element text is screwed (QTBUG-42606)
- Panel struts (350614)
It's also not a /huge/ deal as we do our own thing anyway, so the
experience is better to just turn off this scaling.
I've had this patch in my local code since forever. We should revert this
when all 3 are fixed.

With the option disabled, task items use the window icon whenever
possible. With the option enabled, the launcher icon is used
instead. This prevents a jarring icon change when applications use
a different icon theme from Plasma Desktop, at the cost of losing
realtime window icon updates being reflected in the Task Manager.
Defaults to on. The Task Manager applets are getting a checkbox
for it.
This is a rock-and-a-hard-place decision. Users are regularly
upset about what they perceive as their theming choice not being
respected, and pleading for app fixes appears to be fairly fruit-
less. It also looks like Wayland will nix runtime window icon
changes. Nonetheless this will likely produce complaints about
edge cases (e.g. Gimp miniature window previews).

- Battery and device notifier go into Hardware category
- Clipboard goes to SystemServices category
- Notifications and media controller go to ApplicationStatus category
If the timeout parameter is greater than 0, the notifications server
should honor that setting.

This way we don't need to keep three different models in sync which has shown to
break quite often resulting in gaps in the layout and other strange behavior.

The latter is deprecated and doesn't respect the PKG_CONFIG
environment variable which makes it easy to deal with differently
named pkg-config executables, e.g. arch-prefixed ones.

PanelView::event() generates new events and sends them to itself via
QCoreApplication::sendEvent(), which calls the event() handler directly. To
prevent possible stack overflow, we use QCoreApplication::postEvent() to
dispatch the events from event loop.

Both are basically a fork of startkde split into
* everything needed before kwin_wayland starts
* everything which needs to happen after kwin_wayland
A few things are X11 specific and need to go after kwin_wayland
gets started.

Ksmserver is very X11 specific, so let's enforce the xcb plugin. This
allows to start ksmserver also on a Wayland session for compatibility.

BUG: 346427
This change adds support for shadows using the KWin specific shadow
protocol provided by KWayland. The protocol is inspired by the X11
protocol, so it can be easily integrated. The protocol takes a buffer
for each of the shadow parts and provides the same offsets.
To make this possible the code is better split into X11 and Wayland
specific parts.

Update the targetSize when it changes to ensure we update the image when
resolution changes. Also, since the view has an initial size of 1024x768, it would
just load that image and never use the full resolution leaving you with an ugly
blurry image. Additionally, don't bother looking up the image until everything has
settled, potentially improving startup performance slightly by saving a bit of IO.

On Wayland no window is created with BypassWindowManagerHint. On
platforms != X11 it's better to just set it as fullscreen. This has
the disadvantage that we cannot ensure that the splash stays top of
stack. Might need support from e.g. Wayland compositor.
