Summary:
This change integrates QtVirtualKeyboard into the Lock screen UI.
A new button is added to the bottom row to toggle the appearance of the
virtual keyboard. The actual keyboard is integrated through a Loader so
that not having qtvirtualkeyboard plugin installed results in a graceful
error instead of a failing lock screen.
When the virtual keyboard is shown the remaining UI shifts upwards. This
is done through adding the stack view into a ColumnLayout. Unfortunately
this can result in an overlap with the clock. This needs some general
improvement as on e.g. my system the clock is never really visible.
To have the virtual keyboard working in the lock screen one also needs
another change to kscreenlocker_greet.
Test Plan: See screenshots

Summary:
The clock so far was manually positioned in a hard coded way which could
result in the clock not being visible or only partly visible. This is the
case for example on my high dpi system with Wayland. See F2672846 for an
example.
This changes the layouting of the clock to use a ColumnLayout, with
spacer elements to ensure that the clock stays visible. It is possible
that the position of the clock now does no longer fully reflects the
ideas of the VDG.
Test Plan: Looks better on my system ;-)

Currently the we create previews with QPixmapItem from KDeclrarative and
when a wallpaper is set to centered sets it to an enum value that
doesn't exist.
PreserveAspectFit displays the wallpaper in the correct proportions as
when it will be applied, but will still be big enough to make it
actually previewable.

Export actionForId as a method in menuImporter
IDs are used in the low level API which the appmenu kded module wants to
use directly.
Fix arguments in itemActivationRequest
We have a int actionId and a uint window timestamp in porting somehow
these had got swapped and renamed. This now matches the relevant DBus
signal they connect to.
Open correct acton sub-menu on loading
So pressing alt+e will open the edit menu immediately when showing the
application menu.
Also remove existing leftover code that did this which is using a member
var which was previously never set.
Test Plan:
Had the relevant emit patch in plasma-integration
Pressed alt+e, got the edit menu

Summary:
The new activity-aware implementation of
LauncherTasksModel::setLauncherList() would only accept the passed list
when it changed any activities associations, not when the order changed.
This would effectively turn TasksModel::move involving launcher tasks
into a no-op.
Rearranging launchers works like this:
1. A client calls TasksModel::move one or many times. TasksModel::move
updates TasksModel's internal sort mapping and implements it, causing
a visible order change in any views.
2. When it is done calling move(), the client calls
TasksModel::syncLaunchers. TasksModel::syncLaunchers calls
LauncherTasksModel::setLauncherList with a new list derived from
its sort mapping, and updates its sort mapping in expectation of
row indices changing in the launcher tasks source model.
Due to the above bug, the sort mapping would be adjusted in expectation
of changes the launcher tasks model would not actually do, appearing to
undo the moves the next time a view is updated from source data.

qml gridview don't have an official way to ensure the
current index is visible when the view is first instantiated,
the only way we have is to do positionViewAtIndex when we know the
proper space has already been allocated (Component.onCompleted
is way too early) we used to do that on onCountChanged, but that
too seems to early sometimes, as the selected wallpaper
is visible only sometimes, attaching it to onContentHeightChanged
seems to be more reliable (for all branches)
Test Plan: proper wallpaper is visible every time the window opens

prior to most rewrite and mapping rules, and prior to the DesktopEntryName

This matches the fd.o spec more closely and makes Chrome Apps and
LibreOffice work without special mapping rules, which is also a speed
win.

Commit 72e39f083a broke the kded module. Turns out that the old code
just forced a refresh of the `remote:/` QUrl, so we can just do that
explicitly and remove all the old cruft.
While at it, use a KDirWatcher that just watches the
`.local/share/remote/` folder, instead of checking *every* unrelated
QUrl emitted by KDirNotify.
Test Plan:
Adding/deleting/editing .desktop files in `.local/share/remoteview` now
automatically reloads the `remote:/` url in Dolphin or Folder View.
