Summary:
KCMs should have color icons while widgets should have monochrome icons, so I have changed the name of the KCM icon.

BUG: 397537
Earlier plasmashell assumed that you'll get free space info immediately (which is not true in case of losing connection to server containing a mounted filesystem - statfs will wait for response forever and freeze everything since it's happening in main thread)
I moved obtaining that info into different thread so that case won't freeze anything anymore.
It creates exactly one thread per one path. If a path is already being processed, new thread won't be created.
Also I implemented a timer used to notify about broken connection after 15 seconds.

Backported to 5.12 LTS (sans notification due to new strings) for impact to corporate setups
CCBUG: 399945
(cherry picked from commit e1c19ce4da)
Summary:
Each notification was created as new datasource, and was newer removed
as long as the engine exists. This is especially bad for long living
applets like the device notifier. As there can only be one notification
per device (the last error state, or none), use the UDI as source name
and update the contents.
Also cancel (remove source) an old notifications in case of a successful
setup, otherwise old error messages are shown in the device notifier.
Test Plan:
in Dolphin, select "Release" (context menu) for a mounted CD
-> Notification in device notifier appears "Device can be safely removed"
remount without ejecting
-> Notification message is removed, device shows "mounted" emblem.
Without the change, the message stayed and the device kept the notification
emblem "(!)".

Summary:
QDBusInterface is a blocking call that calls introspect. We don't need
to introspect.
As this is called on startup this call starts kuiserver, which means
plasma is blocked whilst a whole process spawns, this is a lot worse
than just a regular, ~100ms on my system
Also using the generated versions is generally neater to read.
Test Plan:
Restarted plasmashell
Copied a file
Still had a spinny wheel
Q_DBUS_BLOCKING_CALL_MAIN_THREAD_WARNING_MS=0 doesn't list kuiserver

It would only detect changes to existing device actions but not adding or removing them.
Moreover, the list of actions was never updated at runtime, only the list of predicates for the device.
This causes Device Notifier to pick up added, removed, or modified device actions only on startup.

libnotificationmanager provides a proper notification model situation similar
to libtaskmanager. There is also a new notification applet implementing the
suggestions and VDG mockups in the wiki
NOTE: the notification dataengine is defunct in this branch, so while the applet
(for now) installs as "new notifications", the old applet will stop working when
you use this. The dataengine will eventually be restored (famous last words)
for compatibility but using the NotificationServer singleton introduced in
libnotificationmanager.
The applet can show notifications, they expire, can be closed, and their
default action invoked. Still heavily WIP and API subject to change.

We don't merge URLs and it probably doesn't make sense with the way grouping is currently implemented.
