Summary:
If this entry is not added, kpackagetool5 tries to load the specific
packagestructure plugin, fails to load it and then writes the metainfo
as it is "application" instead of add-on

- Rework compact representation animations a bit
For some reason they often got stuck
- Implement do not disturb mode for applications
- Add fallback timeout to ensure notifications eventually timeout
Otherwise when disabling dnd mode you will get spammed
and we would also keep apps running indefinitely waiting for the notification to close
- Install plasmanotifyrc with some sane defaults
So far only lets Spectacle show its screenshot notifications in dnd mode
- Introduce Closable role rather than hardcoding that behavior everywhere in the view
- Better app identification/grouping for jobs
- Be more lenient about app identification (firefox will match Firefox, too)
- Cleanups
Our dear friend Notification plasmoid has slipped the surly bonds of Earth
to touch the face of eternal preservation in Git history. It leaves a huge
emptiness in the hearts of all of us who loved it, many who here its friends.
Originally concveived in 2011 as a "New QML based notifications plasmoid
for mobile", it quickly outgrew its creator's vision and became a vital
component of the Plasma Desktop. When the new kid on the block arrived in
the form of Plasma 5, it showed its willpower to survive this stark transition
and served us for another half a decade. It taught us to seize every
opportunity to increase productivity and improve user experience,
yet it became evident that it reached its limits and so on April Fools' Day 2019
its heart beat for the last time.
Farewell!
Summary: D18678 changes the Notifications KCM's icon. This patch uses that same icon in the Notifications widget in places where clicking on it will open the KCM.

Summary:
The "Encoding" entry had been deprecated in 2006
(https://cgit.freedesktop.org/xdg/xdg-specs/commit/?id=6855384d021d88557f80674798c584c15b547f36)
and there is no current workspace known which still requires it being set
(incl. Plasma itself).
Also has the usage been incomplete and sometimes not at the beginning as
required if used (once scripty had sorted all entries in desktop files
alphabetically and it was not restored everywhere).
Removing them altogether creates consistency and avoids further confusion
about and wasted resources for this unused data bit.
Removing those entries also from Plasma/5.12 branch avoid conflicts on
merging to master, given the entries are often next to translated entries,
or generous merging which lets the entries slip back into existance.

Summary:
The license key is specified as GPL, while the actual code (I checked)
in all these cases is licensed under GPL version 2 or later. This commit
fixes the metadata.desktop files to reflect the actual license.
Test Plan: Manually checked, also compared to the keys looked for in kaboutdata.cpp

181869e636b415cdf84eeeb98a5359186721b368 in plasma-framework removed
compatibility code for loading plugins. This was apparently still used
by the notification plasmoid, which caused it not to be loaded.
Removing the stray entry makes it load (test plan: plasmoidviewer -a
org.kde.plasma.notifications).
