Fix the bug where items in the list of receiving accounts could not be

selected easily the first time the list was shown.
Sorry I couldn't find a better solution and I don't want to spend much
time on it.
BTW: Has anyone noticed a bug whereby the 'Configure KMail' item is
missing in the Kontact settings menu some of the time? (Seems a restart
of Kontact helps .. sometimes).

Use /home/ingo/.kde-cvs/share/apps/kmail/mail by default as folder storage (instead of ~/Mail). Moving is disabled for now because it doesn't always work and is IMO anyway to dangerous because there's no safe rollback possible unless we copy the whole mail storage and only delete the origin if the transfer succeeded.

And the next step from the Usability study: kick the "Belongs To" off the properties

dialog and include it in the RMB menu of the foldertree. To make the check if the menu
should be shown a bit easier the folderstorage got a new "isMoveable()" function.
I noticed that moving of imap folders crashes again when the messages are moved (sigh)
but this is not related so I'll fix it afterwards.

To copy mails from local to an imap folder took ages because the imap
...
folder was get'ed for every single mail. Now the folderstorage has an
addMsg( QPtrList<KMMessage> ) method and the imapjob can handle put operations
with a msgList. And the thingy has a nice progressitem now.

gender issue, please give a warm welcome to KMail's new "New Folder"
dialog. It's reduced to the max, offering an interface that is so straight
forward, I'm almost tempted to call it Gnome-ish.
The next step will be to remove all the hacks in the folder properties
dialog which are only there because the dialog can not assume that the
folder is already in existance and clean it up something fierce. I'm not
completely done with this, but I want to get the new strings in as quickly
as possible, so here goes.
