KMessageBox::QuestionYesNo warning. If user presses Yes, the mail is sent anyway. But if the user selects No the
focus is set on To: field. Earlier cases work like they used to before the change.
Allen, would you like this feature in branch/pim? I have tested it, its not so intrusive as well. I can port it if
you think it would be a nice thing to add. I checked with my 3.5/kubuntu vanilla and enterprise kmail. It does send
emails without any warning even if there is a empty To: field.

Ok, fixed, now it works from context menu + edit menu from both standalone + embedded readerwin.
Also use the right accelerators.

Fix RMB/View on text attachments showing no newlines. This has annoyed me for years, glad I finally get around fixing it :)
Also fixed a queue/write mismatch which led to a runtime warning and to strange order of things in the code.

to include signatures before quoted text, and a new entry in the composer's
edit menu to prepend the current signature. Identity switching tries to
remove the signature, if it finds it anywhere i nteh body, which has some
risk, but I guess that's not a real issue. In top quote mode the signatures
are added without -- seperator, as seems to be the convention.
