Replaced a dirty hack to rescale the `view100` on window resize with a less dirty hack.
use expose-event on window resize(only triggers on expose)
introduced lazy evaluation to recalculate the Layot.
- often if the layout is recalculated, it is recalculated more often, than it is drawn.
- reduces the calls to the recalculation to less than the amount of redraws
