According to specification only body text may contain HTML and this keeps apps from screwing up
the layout or even loading remote images.

My previous attempt only fixed the case when notifications were directly in a panel.
Now it also no longer crashes when removing a panel that has a System Tray with the
notifications applet in it.

We used to always delete the backing .desktop file if we changed a property in a Link (to
a document) hoping that setUrl would call populate. However, it won't do that if the URL
didn't change, so if you only changed the icon, the .desktop file was removed and never
re-created, breaking the applet.

Label has verticalAlignment: lineCount > 1 ? Text.AlignTop :
Text.AlignVCenter
but in this delegate the height stretches to fit the text:
- height depends on verticalAlignment
- lineCount depends on height
creating a loop with this in the middle.
In this case we always want delegates in the middle, so we can just
override the superclass.
Summary:
The lockscreen uses the MPRIS dataengine. This leads to two applications
registring the service using the same component name which leads to the
shortcuts not working when the lock screen closes.
We want to have the applet register the shortcuts, but not every
dataengine user.
Ideally this shouldn't be in the dataengine either because DataEngines
are read only. This moves the logic to the service which is writable and
registers the shortcuts for the multiplexer there when requested from
the applet.

QtQuick Text auto-interprets HTML tags when it finds them, this can lead
to unexpected results if a file is named e.g. `<h1>foo</h1>`.
Since notifications do interpret HTML tags by design, we manually escape
them there.

Summary:
This patch uses the new units.iconSizeHints.panel API to limit the
icon size to what the user sets for panel icons in System Settings,
avoiding them taking up too much space, particularly in wide vertical
panels.
See D5592 and D4550 for similar changes.
Depends on D5593.

Summary:
We can get into a state where we have applets with broken metadata.
(which is a different bug)
Someone clearly wrote this code to try and guard against accessing an
invalid metadata when checking names, but instead made it so that when
we try to remove a specific task in the system tray we accidentally also
remove up any of these applets as well, which doesn't make much sense.

We've been having the configure button on notifications for a long time but so far it would
only ever invoke KNotification configuration UI with no way for an application to provide
its own, more versatile or extensive, UI.
When an action named "settings" is present in the notification the "configure" button will
instead invoke this action.

Summary:
In the system tray we have a header at the top and the icons on the
left.
When there is no applet selected we want the icons to take up the full
width, because of this they have to start off under the title.
When an applet is selected we want these icons to dock to the left, but
not change their y position. The title then becomes the title of the
active applet.
If the active applet's title wraps this results in the icons moving all
over the place. See image in bug report.
This patch uses two text fields and toggles visibility so that we can
always align the icons to a consistent point
