Port all remaining KDED modules to json metadata and disables
installation of the desktop files.
The plugins now get installed in ${KDE_INSTALL_PLUGINDIR}/kf5/kded and
the "kded_" prefix is removed.

KDED is unable to load the module if the .desktop file has kded_ prefix,
not sure exactly why, but also no other module has the .desktop file
with kded_ prefix.

This monitor is launched on pressing Ctrl + Esc, and closed when Ctrl +
Esc is called again. A kded module is responsible for keeping this global
shortcut.
