For example, show "Open with Gwenview" with its icon after downloading
an image file, and "Open with..." in case there is no associated application.
While at it also give an icon to the "Open Containing Folder" button.
Also, port it to use a `KIO::mimetypeJob` to make it asynchronous
and work on remote locations. To make for a less jarring transition (icon suddenly
appearing, causing text reflow and the dialog to resize), take an initial
guess about the mimetype using the file extension while the job is running.
Furthermore, hide the "Open" actions in case the job fails which likely means
the file doesn't exist anymore or cannot be accessed, and as as result
probably cannot be opened anyway.
Ensures built-in functionality like double- and triple-clicking text works.
Also lets us get rid of the custom text selection handling, replacing it with
an even filter class.

In case a context menu is opened, we want to check the dialog it came from.
This fixes the case of notifications dancing around when opening a context menu in
System Tray but does not fix the case when opening a context menu in the notification
itself since there it cannot know that the still open System Tray popup is the one
we should evade and not the popup with the menu in it.

The available screen rect for notification popups is horizontally restricted by the panel they're in.
This way when you have a centered panel, the notification popup are "emitted from the panel" rather
than floating in mid air. The horizontal edge (left or right) is determined by which half of the
panel the notification plasmoid is in. When in System Tray, the location of System Tray is relevant.
For a vertical panel, it changes the position from bottom to top based on which half of the screen
the notification popup is on.
This affects only the default "near notification icon" placement setting. Manually setting a screen
corner still moves the notification popup all the way to the screen corner.
This adds a quick reply feature with a text field inline in the notification popup.
An action named "inline-reply" will spawn the text field and a NotificationReplied signal is emitted then.
There's additional kde hints for changing the placeholder text (defaults to "Type a reply..."),
submit button text (defaults to "Send") and submit button icon name (defaults to "document-send",
that paper aeroplane icon).
This adds a file icon to a finished job for a single total file which can be dragged anywhere for convenience.

The notification popup typically gets in the way of the system tray popup.
In case it would cover a Plasma dialog, hide the notification popup.
It doesn't specifically check for System Tray but then it will also get out of the way of your
calendar and other widgets you might have placed in the respective corner.

Our dear friend Notification plasmoid has slipped the surly bonds of Earth
to touch the face of eternal preservation in Git history. It leaves a huge
emptiness in the hearts of all of us who loved it, many who here its friends.
Originally concveived in 2011 as a "New QML based notifications plasmoid
for mobile", it quickly outgrew its creator's vision and became a vital
component of the Plasma Desktop. When the new kid on the block arrived in
the form of Plasma 5, it showed its willpower to survive this stark transition
and served us for another half a decade. It taught us to seize every
opportunity to increase productivity and improve user experience,
yet it became evident that it reached its limits and so on April Fools' Day 2019
its heart beat for the last time.

libnotificationmanager provides a proper notification model situation similar
to libtaskmanager. There is also a new notification applet implementing the
suggestions and VDG mockups in the wiki
NOTE: the notification dataengine is defunct in this branch, so while the applet
(for now) installs as "new notifications", the old applet will stop working when
you use this. The dataengine will eventually be restored (famous last words)
for compatibility but using the NotificationServer singleton introduced in
libnotificationmanager.
The applet can show notifications, they expire, can be closed, and their
default action invoked. Still heavily WIP and API subject to change.

Rather than showing the generic calendar icon the day number is shown there instead.
