Summary:
* Make the panel spacer take a lot more space when is in expanding mode, so much
to "win" against the taskbar and collapse it to its minimum size (seems the
most expected behavior after some discussions in vdg channel)
* make it paint a background when in edit mode
* when two spacers are present in the panel, they try to center all the content
that is in between them (if possible), so that is always at the center of the panel,
even if there is more content on one side rather than the other

Summary:
We currently have a mouse-wheel action to switch to the previous/next activity,
but it wasn't possible to assign a global keyboard shortcut to these actions.
As discussed on Phabricator, this doesn't define a default key-sequence yet,
but at least gives users the possibility to assign there own ones, which wasn't
possible before.

Summary:
I'm trying to implement the idea of @davidedmundson from this https://phabricator.kde.org/T10172 with my limited knowledge of C++/Qt/KDE/programming. This is the start of a new class so it could lack many things but it's usable.
- It allows clients to set the available screen rect/region from outside through dbus.
- The final available screen rect/region would be the intersection of all set values.
- When a client dies, its values would be removed automatically.

point to NoBackground the panel shadows should be removed
and in case they point to DefaultBackground they should be
drawn again
--PanelShadows::removeWindow has no place in updateEnabledBorders
because the window still lives. When removeWindow was executed
before it was faulty unregistered from PanelShadows and in order for
setEnabledBorders to work again we should need
to execute from start the PanelShadows::addWindow function
