The context property version is slower to access and won't be supported
in Qt6. Let's port away from it and use the singleton version instead.
Here was my full process for making this change:
1. Made the change with `find . -name '*.qml' | xargs perl -pi -e 's/units\./PlasmaCore\.Units\./g'`
2. Verified no more occurrences with `grep -r " units."`
3. Made sure this didn't change any comments in a silly way by inspecting the output of `git diff | grep "+ " | grep "//"`
4. Manually inspected the full git diff to make sure there were no other unintentional or silly changes (there were none)
5. verified that all changed files have the PlasmaCore import with the correct name with `for FILE in `git status | grep modified | cut -d ":" -f 3`; do grep -q "as PlasmaCore" $FILE || echo "$FILE needs the PlasmaCore import"; done`
This begins the process of porting plasma-workspace to PlasmaComponents3. At
this point, only the relatively easy work is done. Every file not ported
now has been given the reason for still using PC2 in a comment on the import
line so you can see at a glance what the blocker is by running
`grep -r "org.kde.plasma.components 2.0"` in the repo.
Everything is tested and there are no breakages or functional regressions. In
the process, a few unused imports are removed.
Here are the remaining PC3 omissions blocking what's left from getting easily
ported:
- No Highlight
- No ListItem
- No PageStack
- No ContextMenu
- No QueryDialog
- No ModelContextMenu
- TabBar has no left and right tab states
- ToolButton has no built-in method to show a menu when clicked
Many applets shouldn't actually appear on the phone, like
devicenotifier, the battery applet, the systray and so on
Populate all desktop files of the plasmoids with the proper
formfactors. on the desktop we keep showing everything.
on the phone most of those applets will be filtered out
Also take into account of the formfactors when populating the available
categories, wo we don't have the risk of seeing empty categories
Summary:
plasma.kde.org doesn't exist anymore and causes the appstream test to
to fail.

- Port to QQC2+Kirigami FormLayout style
- Adjust some strings to be more natural
- Use radio buttons instead of a two-item combobox
Test Plan:
Everything works.

If the fullRepresentation has a minimum size, the applet cannot be shrinked back to show the compactRepresentation.
Alternative fix: make the switch size larger than the minimum size of the fullRepresentation

This reverts commit e37156b404.
Concept is fine, but currently we have severe CMake issues as well
as a major containment loading bug.
When re-reverting we need to be sure to test with clean install prefixes.

Summary:
The "Encoding" entry had been deprecated in 2006
(https://cgit.freedesktop.org/xdg/xdg-specs/commit/?id=6855384d021d88557f80674798c584c15b547f36)
and there is no current workspace known which still requires it being set
(incl. Plasma itself).
Also has the usage been incomplete and sometimes not at the beginning as
required if used (once scripty had sorted all entries in desktop files
alphabetically and it was not restored everywhere).
Removing them altogether creates consistency and avoids further confusion
about and wasted resources for this unused data bit.
Removing those entries also from Plasma/5.12 branch avoid conflicts on
merging to master, given the entries are often next to translated entries,
or generous merging which lets the entries slip back into existance.
