maps a KConfigSkeleton to a QQmlPropertyMap, allowing a "declarative" use of configs
not sure will be an efficient approach enough but it seems to work correctly

All cpp code moves into the src/ subdirectory, as the Frameworks policy
suggests.
Directory structure should now be in line with other, future frameworks.
