In `combineImages`, the width and the height were calculated
incorrectly. This makes the preview image correctly obey the device
pixel ratio of the primary screen, so the preview image can be clear
and sharp.

FIXED-IN: 5.25.1
The QStringView::to<Number>() methods in Qt5 cause one extra allocation
compared to the QStringRef counter-part. As long as we aren't on a hot
path this is probably not worth the extra #ifdef though.
We currently need the lookandfeel and style kcm in plasma-workspace, but
appearantly they depend on the krdb so best solution is to move all kcms
together
