The plugins are loaded from their namespace and not using the service
types.
Querying them using KServiceTypeTrader would not work, because the
X-KDE-Library property does not contain the namespace.
Considering that nobody complained about that we can stop installing
them.
This will result in cleaner diffs when a new value is added
and clang-format will not indent them with the opening
brace of the initializer list which makes is slightly easier to read.
We do this sometimes, but not consistenly.
The benefit is twofold.
First it improves the diff when adding new values since no existing line needs to be touched.
Second it prevents clang-format from collapsing the definition into a single line, which is undesired for large enums.
Summary:
Port the Device Notifier to use an ExpandibleListItem.
Tested with:
- Removable flash drive
- Removable LUKS-encrypted hard disk drive
- Android phone
- iOS phone
- Internal disks
No regressions or departures from the current behavior were found.
The only major UI change is the loss of the progress bar, which is difficult
to display properly with an ExpandableListItem. It is replaced with a textual
display of free space and total space in the subtitle, which is more consistent with the
appearance of other ExpandableListItem-using applets, and IMO is more useful anyway.

BUG: 397537
Earlier plasmashell assumed that you'll get free space info immediately (which is not true in case of losing connection to server containing a mounted filesystem - statfs will wait for response forever and freeze everything since it's happening in main thread)
I moved obtaining that info into different thread so that case won't freeze anything anymore.
It creates exactly one thread per one path. If a path is already being processed, new thread won't be created.
Also I implemented a timer used to notify about broken connection after 15 seconds.
