Do not do the buffer pre-processing unless needed
...
Now the pre-processing does not happen in these cases:
- When the point is not in a valid Hugo post subtree
- When the point is in one.. but:
- it is commented out
- or, is in an exclude tag
- etc.
Basically, do the pre-processing only when the subtree is
getting *actually* exported.
