Yes, recently Travis switched to using the "Xenial" (a more recent
Ubuntu) version by default. The old version "Trusty" links to
libgnutls.so.26, which meant that all the old binaries were failing
with "libgnutls.so.26: cannot open..." on newer VMs (e.g.,
https://travis-ci.org/magit/magit/builds/547307424). So I rebuilt them
on Xenial.

If you remove the "dist: trusty" it should work again.

Also:
- Do all the dependency installs in /tmp/${USER}/ox-hugo-dev
directory.
- Introduced new Makefile var OX_HUGO_TMP_DIR; use it everywhere.
I don't see this issue on Netlify where I build the doc site, but
Travis fails with this:

- Print the number of subtree being exported when doing C-c C-e H A.
- Print the tag that caused a subtree/file to not be exported.
- Misc message and code formatting improvements.
* .travis.yml: Disable the Entering directory/Leaving directory noise
from make.
* Makefile: Add a blank line before each new instance of emacs in
batch mode.
- Remove the TZ env var setting from .travis.yml; Move it to the
emacs-batch recipe in Makefile so that it works as expected for any
other user in any time zone
- Switch default timezone from America/New_York to UTC, for tests
- Delete the now-not-needed .gitmodules
- **First** install Org and then toc-org

- Set the time-zone to America/New_York so that the time stamps (with
zone) match with those in the reference md files.
* Makefile
- Do a detailed diff between files.. don't use -q/--brief
- Switch to org-plus-contrib as (package-installed-p 'org) will always
eval to non-nil.
