printFiles method which Qt 4.3 does not support, these have simply
been commented out until we find a solution. At least it removes
the dependency so we can remove from kdelibs.

Adapted from the DVI plugin of KViewShell.
It can:
- load documents
- generate correctly the pixmaps for the images
- rotate the pages
- extract the text from the pages (thus search and text selection are possible)
- extract the URL hyperlinks from the documents
