The coordinates in Viewport.rePos are normalized on the full page. In
two functions within pageview.cpp, these were treated as coordinates on
the cropped page.
CCBUG: 198427
This partially fixes the bug 198427 in the case that the cropping of the
target pages (and the pages around the target) is known at the time the
link is clicked. That is, it works if
- One uses 'Trim To Selection'
- One uses 'Trim To Margin' and has already viewed at the target
page(s).
In the case that the cropping of the page at the target is unknown, we
still end up at the wrong position.
Source files are no longer separated by UI and non-UI and similar,
but only by their build target.

updateCursor() was called by wheelEvent(), which made sense,
because after the wheel event the page will have moved under the cursor.
With smooth scrolling, it makes less sense in wheelEvent(),
because at that point scrolling is still in the future.
scrollContentsBy() appears to be called on every scroll step.
(It is documented to be called at scrollbar value changes, so makes sense.)
This patch removes updateCursor() from wheelEvent(), but adds it to scrollContentsBy().
I did not check anything out with d->visibleItems, as was indicated it graphics/okular!176.
BUG: 421437
Bug 421159 involves a combination of scrolling with the scroll bar
and the mouse wheel. This patch adds an autotest for the bug,
to make sure it doesn't come back.
Support the '#page=<pagenum>' fragment to specify which page
to open the document at, in addition to the existing '#<pagenum>'
syntax.
For PDF, the '#page=<pagenum>' fragment is specified in RFC 8118,
section 3.

We need to use int when calculating colWidth in zoomFactorFitMode since
we also use int when calculating it in PageView::slotRelayoutPages,
otherwise the calculated numbers are veeeeeeery similar but not the same
and the algorithm gets all confused

The info message bubble that shows up in the okular window in testeRectSelectionStartingOnLinks()
interfereswith the mosue selection making the test fail on HiDPI monitors
with resolution 3840x2160; hiding the info message lets the unit test pass.
By waiting for the delayResizeEventTimer to trigger before starting the
test.
The test "randomly" failed before, which shows there's an actual bug in
the code, but the actual bug is "if you are moving the mouse over a
field that has a on focus action and at that very same time the
delayResizeEventTimer triggers, the action won't be executed".
That's almost impossible to reproduce in real life so i'm going to
pretend the bug is not there for all purposes
Use jq to filter compile_commands.json to not include the compilation of
autogenerated files, we don't want to check those
Also filter out the synctex folder, since that is imported code
Since unfortunately some of the autogenerated includes don't pass the
checks we do a trick of building out of source and then specifying the
