Make the oKular part and its shell compile and link.

Created a oKularcore lib, so the generators ca link to it, and made the oKularpart link to it too, of course.
Adapted the sources of the Okularpart to the new location for the generated settings.h.

- Use correct text color for highlighted thumbnails

- Use a fixed color on presentation mode for the overlay numbers as the background we use is always black there's no point in obeying the pallette as that can make the overlay invisible.

Delay the calculation of m_width and m_height (and all its associated things) until first time the widget is shown (paintEvent), doing KGlobalSettings::desktopGeometry(this); in PresentationWidget::PresentationWidget always returns the geometry of the first screen, so it must be done in paintEvent (for example), where the widget has already been shown and KGlobalSettings::desktopGeometry(this); returns the geometry of the correct screen.
