This is sub-optimal since will not check if the certificate has been
revoked but is more privacy friendly since doesn't leak to the
certificate authority server that you're trying to validate a given
certificate
* Don't make WidgetAnnotation know about signatures stuff, widget
annotations are for multiple things
* Don't create an "empty" widget annotation and then call sign on it
(which is wrong because widget annotations can be multiple things),
just say sign the document with this data (cert, l&f, etc)
* Remove the "management" functionality from CertificateTools it was
only visual, i.e. it didn't really add/remove certificates
* Ask for the NSS password (if needed)

The poppler dependency situation is:
* With 0.51 you get most signature information
* With 0.68 you also get signature location/reason information
* With 0.73 you also get signature certificate information

We need to store the id locally since we need it to map
"old form" to "new form" after save and at that stage the "old form"
poppler side is gone so we're accessing invalid memory
Released Sun Oct 18, 2009, if you want to build this new Okular with that old poppler version you should really think updating it too, there's been lots of fixes since then
Enable the support for them only if the poppler version is recent enough (atm, git master of around 9 hours ago).

- a top bar for show/hide the forms of a document
- the implementation of the forms for the PDF backend
still nothing that can be done with them, nor the value of the forms can be saved...
