Implemented using a ColorModeMenu class,
derived from ToggleActionMenu (derived from KActionMenu),
as a child object of PageView.
* KToggleAction for every color mode, allows to set shortcuts for every mode.
Color mode actions have icons.
* KToggleAction for normal colors mode.
* ToggleActionMenu containing all color mode actions.
If triggered, toggles color mode between normal colors and last change colors mode.
"Toggle Change Colors" is replaced by "Change Colors", which is actually a toggle action.

Previously if it was a remote url that had # and a . after the # we
assumed the url had no fragment and everything was filename.
We don't do that anymore, what we do now is try to open the url as
parsed, i.e. before the # is the filename after is the fragment, and if
that fails we try to open everything as filename and nothing as
fragment.
Unfortunately given how kpart internals handle opening local vs remote
urls we need to do this in two places.
Also we have to remove the test that checked that the url was mangled at
the shell level because we don't do that anymore. Unfortunately can't
add a test for the new codepage since it would involve starting an http
server ^_^

after all things like firefox will totally fail opening http://localhost/foo#bar.pdf and will just work if you give the encoded url

Source files are no longer separated by UI and non-UI and similar,
but only by their build target.

* Move all source files from conf/ to part/
* Keep config skeleton definitions in conf/, needed for the mobile target too

* ui/data/icons/ -> icons/
* Move /part.cpp, /part.rc and similar files to part/
* Adapt include paths in source files
* Adapt CMakeLists.txt files (in / and in subdirectories)

A lot of this code has been commented out for over
a decade and adds no value to the project.
It is only annoying when you look over it ;).
Same for the KNS2 support which was commented out.
Also some of the debug statements didn't even build
anymore, because the properties got removed/refactored.

They break the windows build, which shows there's something defenitely
fishy going on with the current code, but oh well, someone with more
time needs to figure out a proper solution
It was causing problems (Windows build fails) now that we enabled -Wweak-vtables (and
probably before didn't work that much before, guessing that's why we had that if (doc)
in openFile)
This is the simplest solution, invokeMethod is not great but we already
use it, so it's not too terrible
The openDocument function was unused so remove it.
The other two solutions are:
* Make KDocumentViewer be part of okularcore and then link the
okularcore to the okular binary, not nice
* Make another dynamic library that just contains the KDocumentViewer
class, but i'd rather not add yet another library we have to install
and take care of

Okular's sidebar vertical view chooser toolbar suffers from a few issues:
* It's a nonstandard UI not used for category choosers in other pieces of KDE software,
and not used in other FOSS document readers
* What is shown and what is hidden is simultaneously too configurable while still not
offering the desirable UI common to other programs (i.e. no visible category chooser,
but a sidebar capable of displaying thumbnails, table of contents, search results, etc.)
* With labels on it takes up quite a bit of horizontal space, while with labels off, the
categories are less than clear
* UX is kind of clunky with nonstandard behaviors (e.g. clicking on the current category
to hide that category's view while keeping the view chooser visible, showing mostly
disabled items)
* It's made with custom painting code, which reduces maintainability and introduces bugs
(e.g. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=408190)
This patch removes the vertical category chooser entirely and replaces it with a tabbed
view on the top of the sidebar itself. The tabs are icons-only and have large icons. A
button is added on the left side of the default toolbar to quickly hide or show the
sidebar. In order to make room for the new button, the Previous and Next buttons on the
toolbar are removed, as previous/next buttons are already present on the Page Bar on the
bottom of the window so there's no need to duplicate this functionality. This improves
the UX, fixes a variety of bugs, and deletes a lot of custom code of dubious long-term
maintainability.

This patch adds an "Open Containing Folder" menu item to the file menu, similar to
other KDE apps like Gwenview that have it there. This action is especially useful
for the case when you've downloaded a PDF from the internet that opens itself in
Okular. The location of this file may not be clear or easy to find without this
feature, and on several occasiona I have found myself wishing for it when this
happens.
Test Plan:
- Delete or move aside `~/.local/config/kxmlgui5/okular/part.rc`
- Menu item is enabled and works when there is an open document: {F6940449, size=full}
- Menu item is disabled when there is no open document: {F6940448, size=full}

The poppler dependency situation is:
* With 0.51 you get most signature information
* With 0.68 you also get signature location/reason information
* With 0.73 you also get signature certificate information
Large specifications with many (nested) sections are painful to navigate
through when the TOC is expanded by default. Introduce four new options,
"Expand/Collapse whole section" is based on Kate's document view while
"Expand/Collapse all" was added to handle the top-level sections.
As for other viewers, PDF.js uses shift-click to handle the former while
using double-click on a the TOC icon to handle the latter. That is not
very obvious, so extending the context menu seems the next best option.

Summary:
When running okular with the parameter --print to directly open the print mode, it doesn't exit after acknowledging the print dialog. Hence adding --print_and_exit option exits Okular after acknowledging the print dialog and thus is useful for the command line batch processing or a Dolphin service as the issue suggests.

Summary:
Unfortunately, poppler (the only backed that supports saving) is not able
to save properly if the file is modified by a third party while it is opened
So we give the user a warning saying things went wrong and give him the option
to not reload/close, that way if there was something very important in the annotations
she added she can try to save them (even if by copy&paste the contents to a third program)

It was only used in tests as a way to "hide" warning dialogs, now we have a proper way to
close them, this way we make sure that dialogs are should when they should not not when they should not
