The mouse cursor wrap feature while drag-scrolling can be undesirable in some
cases; for example it can be annoying to have the cursor jump accidentally to
the distant edge of a big screen. Now users can disable this feature if they
prefer.

QLinkedList is deprecated in later Qt5 and gone in Qt6
The 1:1 port is std::list but in this cases all we ever do
is create the lists, push back to them, and pass then around
to be read, for that a QList is more than enough
Added context menu entry to quick sync thumbnails with the current page. This is handy in case the user is not using "Link the thumbnails with the page" and wants quick sync thumbnails without changing settings or search for the page in the thumbnails view.

This creates CursorWrapHelper, which wraps the cursor
from e. g. top screen edge to bottom screen edge,
and calculates the drag offset from the actual cursor movement.
The PixmapRequest constructor expected width and height in logical
pixels, and scaled them to device pixels. However, not knowing what
screen the request is for, it had to use qApp->devicePixelRatio()
for the scaling. That value may not be correct if not all screens
use the same scaling.
Fix this by introducing a new constructor that takes the device
pixel ratio as an additional argument, and deprecating the old
constructor.
Source files are no longer separated by UI and non-UI and similar,
but only by their build target.

Okular's sidebar vertical view chooser toolbar suffers from a few issues:
* It's a nonstandard UI not used for category choosers in other pieces of KDE software,
and not used in other FOSS document readers
* What is shown and what is hidden is simultaneously too configurable while still not
offering the desirable UI common to other programs (i.e. no visible category chooser,
but a sidebar capable of displaying thumbnails, table of contents, search results, etc.)
* With labels on it takes up quite a bit of horizontal space, while with labels off, the
categories are less than clear
* UX is kind of clunky with nonstandard behaviors (e.g. clicking on the current category
to hide that category's view while keeping the view chooser visible, showing mostly
disabled items)
* It's made with custom painting code, which reduces maintainability and introduces bugs
(e.g. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=408190)
This patch removes the vertical category chooser entirely and replaces it with a tabbed
view on the top of the sidebar itself. The tabs are icons-only and have large icons. A
button is added on the left side of the default toolbar to quickly hide or show the
sidebar. In order to make room for the new button, the Previous and Next buttons on the
toolbar are removed, as previous/next buttons are already present on the Page Bar on the
bottom of the window so there's no need to duplicate this functionality. This improves
the UX, fixes a variety of bugs, and deletes a lot of custom code of dubious long-term
maintainability.

This patch adds kinetic / inertial scrolling to ease the use of Okular on touchscreen devices, using Qt's QScroller. I think it's much nicer even for mouse usage.
I left the "mouse cursor wraps when going at the edge of the screen" mechanism intact.
Also, I made it so that there is a nice animation when using the up / down keys to navigate the document, instead of having discrete steps.

Make sure there's no ambiguity that the page number refers to
the preceding thumbnail. This is a bigger deal because the fix
in b0f64d2 took away a visual divider.
This seems to be what the original code wanted to achieve, but failed
due to a convoluted approach of setting the color of the current back-
ground role to a default palette's Base color ... instead we just leave
the palette untouched and set the correct background role now. Visual
noise be gone, yay.

Now that the pdf generator does not incorrectly delete the pixmaps
on a config change we need to repaint the viewports in case
there has been a inverted color change or something similar
