but only by their build target.

* Adapt include paths in source files
* Adapt CMakeLists.txt files (in / and in subdirectories)

When filtering the items in the contents panel, we start iterating over
them using rootIndex() to get all the children, don't do the same loop
for each and every item, one go is enough.
Also only use a regular expression if the regularExpression option is
enabled, otherwise just use string operations, the latter is always
faster. With this change, both regex and non-regex search are faster.

Contents and Reviews side panel. The search options are
accessed using a context sub-menu in the search input
field. Fixes bug 204787.
I'm intentionally leaving out support for saving the current
search options to the config, as pinotree said he was
researching a more maintainable approach to this.
