Source files are no longer separated by UI and non-UI and similar,
but only by their build target.

* Move /part.cpp, /part.rc and similar files to part/
* Adapt include paths in source files
* Adapt CMakeLists.txt files (in / and in subdirectories)
* Adapt /Messages.sh

Since unfortunately some of the autogenerated includes don't pass the
checks we do a trick of building out of source and then specifying the
.*/okular/.* path as the only includes we care about
This patch moves the Color and Opacity fields into the AnnotationWidget
class. This will allow future reuse of the same widget to configure
annotation tools.
Note that AnnotationWidget is no longer abstract: a base
AnnotationWidget object only contains the Color and Opacity fields.
- really activate the Apply button of the Properties dialog only when something is changed
- apply the changed in real-time, so they cna be seen directly with Apply and no need to close the dialog
- add a small fix (last, I hope) for the PixmapPreviewSelector about the pixmap loading

start a basic system for the annotation properties editing. Add a base class that will act as "interface", and a factory to create the right subclass depending on the annotation type.
Adapt the Annotation Properties dialog to interact with the annotation widget.
Add the editing support for Stamp Annotation (but the artwork are missing, grrr)
