CVS_SILENT Removing generic captions from ui files. That is good because:

- Makes .ui files smaller - Removes not necessary setCaption( tr2i18n( ) ); from the generated *.cpp - Translations teams don't get the generic caption to translate so all translation POs are also smaller svn path=/trunk/kdegraphics/kpdf/; revision=250737
