take out filenew2.xpm, since it doesn't exist. The better way would be

for kdvi to install its toolbar icons not in /share/toolbar, but in
/share/apps/kdvi/toolbar, but I haven't the time to test, if this breaks
something.
Bernd: Do you have? The snapshots are created very soon, but this is needed
anyway.
