Add default rules that turn off focus stealing prevention for Mozilla family apps and OOo (since they can't handle opening a window from second instance with FSP active). Luboš Luňák	ded2f457b8	Workaround for xterm not coping well with being maximized to a geometry that's not exact multiple of its resize increments. Selecting obeying strict geometry in window-specific settings makes KWin avoid this.
