Robert Knight	649ac01268	Copy the built-in key bindings into a new keytab file, install it and make it the default key bindings. The built-in one is still there at the moment. Reorganise the profile edit dialog, put the Scrolling page before the Keyboard Setup page since I expect it to be used more frequently.
