Thomas McGuire d0461a62c0 <digest> ... Move the KMail Archive Import function from KMail to KMailCVT, where it belongs. Now KMailCVT does not depend on KMail anymore, thanks to this and Matthew's work on the other filters. KMailCVT now imports directly to Akonadi, instead of talking to KMail via DBus. In theory you could use KMailCVT for Mailody now.
