Added a nice method to KTabListBox: text() allows access to the text in
the listbox. Strange that I never missed it before ;-)
Also started redesigning the settings dialog.

Converted kmail to use the mimelib from the current kdesupport. Also
reading new local mail works if you know how to set it up ;-)
