Extract the function used for looking up the icon file name.
Use that function for TNef attachments as well.
Fixes a crash when encountring a TNef attachment with an unknown
mimetype (and displays the correct icon now, even)

Don't add the text of encapsulated messages to the textual content.
This fixes a problem that editing a message with an encapsulated message would
suddenly show the text of the embedded message in the editor.

Upps, don't hide attachments for broken mails from Apple Mail when prefering
plain text.
Now you see both plain text and HTML code, but there is no easy workaround for
that, for those broken mails.
When prefering HTML, they are displayed fine.

because otherwise each time I change a line of code of kmail to use
libmessageviewer I have a config with KMime::Message and namespace Message.
As libmessageviewer was not released yet it's not a problem.
and this namespace is more logical with lib name.

Move the calls for saving the readers position into the update() functions.
This eliminates the need for outside callers to remember when they should save
the position.
Fixes the issue with message jumping to start when a signature has been checked.

Make a difference between embedded and non-embedded attachments.
By default, when clicking an embedded attachment in the header, it will scroll to it.
Should finally be enough to fix kolab/issue3375.
