Kevin Ottens	0dc535acab	This the message viewer is now separated from KMail, the former body part formatter kmail plugins have to become body part formatter message viewer plugins. This commit just does that, and allows to carry the originating akonadi item for a given body part. Volker Krause	7dfdb9f94a	Port the message retrieval code in KMCommand to Akonadi and allow commands to specify how much of the message they need to do their job. This is has one unfortunate side-effect: KMCommand::execute() is now indirectly called from an Akonadi::Job result slot, which means we cannot use synchronous job execution in there anymore (which we shouldn't do anyway of course), therefore the change to the composer to get rid of a deadlock caused by that. svn path=/branches/work/akonadi-ports/kdepim/; revision=1047597	17 years ago
