Allow Akonadi resources to participate in online/offline mode switching
...
Currently kmail has only a hardcoded check for pop3 and imap resources
when switching online/offline mode.
That means new/3rd-party resources can not participate
in this switching.
With introducing a new capability label "NeedsNetwork"
in a resources .desktop file, kmail can now switch the online mode
for all resources which have this flag set.

Port away from KFileIO from KPimUtils
...
We replace the kByteArrayFromFile and kByteArrayToFile methods by simply
using QFile directly.
It workss equally well, just has a dumber error reporting. The reason for
the port is that KFileIO is going to die together with KPimUtils, and there's
really no reason for that complex error handling in those cases, which was
the only difference between KFileIO and the QFile approach.

remove the scary hidden parameter from KMail::openComposer
...
The hidden parameter was only recognized, if the mail is not an iTip
invitation. Actually if calling openComposer an composer should be
opend. No need to habe the parameter hidden.
