Constantin Berzan	e289435aba	Make KMail use MDA-based sending instead of KMSender. Plenty of issues are still left to sort out, but basic sending / status reporting / aborting works. The weirdest thing is that messages are not kept in KMail's outbox/sent-mail, but instead passed directly to Akonadi storage.
