Possibly fix a crash when exiting KMail, because the scheduler was never told to
disconnect the slave.

Fix the problem that the forward menu was empty, because the action list was
plugged before createGUI() was called.
Also, clean up a bit, for example don't set the shortcuts twice.

This didn't find the cause of the problem I was searching for, though
(inline forwarding runs out of memory because allocating insanley huge
amounts of memory)

This makes the status tips actually appear in the status bar.
However, this doesn't work in KMail standalone (or in KOrganizer standalone),
anybody got an idea why?
You'll need an up-to-date kdelibs for this.

a few config file keys still contain "todo" so that should be changed,
but will be done in another commit.

In kdepim we use "to-do'.
I see other "Task" strings in KMail, mostly referring to
groupware folder types. Not sure if I'm allowed to change those.
