Till Adam	d225f650b4	o Implement crypto state setting/getting/broadcasting in the progress manager. o Implement crypto state labels in the progress dialog. o add crypto state info to all current users of the progress manager except sending, since I don't know how to query a transport for whether it is encrypted or not. Till Adam	e92c98a610	Replace the old new progress dialog with the new new progress dialog as conceived by David. Much better, although not completely done. We'll be finishing it over the next few days. (Didn't I say that yesterday about something else already? Hm.)
