we set KMAIL_SUPPORTED if we are building KMail. which is good.
however we never added KMAIL_SUPPORTED to the defined compiler macros. which is bad.
Now that we define KMAIL_SUPPORTED, we can actually see a list of accounts to synchronize

Fix get Akonadi::Collection from id (stored in a config file)
I thought that Akonadi::Monitor could return all list of collection but no just the collection that we define (Akonadi::root() for me) so it's necessary to fetchcollection all the time.
