Constantin Berzan	056ed25e15	Use QAbstractItemModel's API whenever possible, and avoid methods in AttachmentModel that take QModelIndexes as arguments. This makes the sorting proxy in AttachmentView transparent, removing the need to convert proxy indexes to source model indexes. Thanks Till for explaining how to do this properly. Constantin Berzan	26957ef0ed	Lots of new stuff in the new composer: * now supports images and attachments. * attachment handling has been separated from that 4000-line file and put into a Model, a View, and a Controller. The Controller handles stuff like compressing/decompressing attachments, and the context menu. Incomplete changelog follows: Cleanups: * KRun::runUrl now takes care of showing the open-with dialog if needed; we no longer bother with that. * No longer chmod-ing the tmpfile to make it readable. This was introduced in rev350092, but I don't see how we can get an unreadable KTemporaryFile. * There were leaked objects all over the place with attachment editing... * bunch of QPointers to dialogs instead of crashy create-on-stack Changes: * made KMComposeWin::identity() public TODOs: * viewAttachment requires working KMReaderMainWin for KMime... -> mailreader Next steps: * compile the new composer by default (will kill the D-Bus interface for a while) * clean up the stuff that the attachment model/view/controller now handle svn path=/branches/work/akonadi-ports/kdepim/; revision=1011270	17 years ago
