Ingo Klcker 8a15bc9653 Fix the problem that the dictionary couldn't be set to 'ISpell default' (in case the KDE-global dictionary isn't ISpell default). The problem is that the internal name (in KSpellConfig) for 'ISpell default' is the empty string. But we treat the empty string as the KDE-global dictionary.

Ingo Klcker 3521b4e4a3 ComboBox for selecting the spell-checking dictionary. Will be used in a later commit.
