Daniel Naber	b266c41a8f	-changed welcome message's reply-to to kmail@kde.org -removed some welcome message's whitespace. bugs should go to the bug report system, not to the mailing list, so I changed the wording -renamed "folder" to "file" in some error messages. Stefan Taferner	d5f5d0c62b	Added a simple shell script that converts MH style mail folders to those that KMail likes (dir with numbered messages to one large file).
