Marc Mutz	f6b86e8dbc	Re-rename gpgme++ from gpgmepp to gpgme++. On Windows, this needs rev. 691419 of kdelibs/cmake/modules/KDE4Macros.cmake. BTW: the cmake book says that cmake automatically defines a libname_EXPORT macro - why does KDE4Macros.cmake define another one? Put all kleo headers under kleo/, and ui stuff in kleo/ui, and adapt pim apps to look in these places, and don't include uic generated headers in public headers.
