Marc Mutz	e9a7332f7e	Refactor the mFirstTextPart variable into partNode::isFirstTextPart() (Replace Temp with Query). ... Move the static next() implementation from attachmentcollector.cpp to be a public partNode method. Implements iteration in "document order".
