Montel Laurent 2dfb755a13 Add new kmknotify which allows to configurate notify for kmail and akonadi_maildispacher otherwises users don't understand how to change it they don't want to use akonadiconsole -> maildisplacher -> config. (I can't backport it because I add new i18n)
