Marc Mutz	238b9f7f6d	new class headerstyle, encapsulating the visual appearance of message headers (as opposed to _which_ headers to display, which is what HeaderStrategy does). Todo: Iterate over the rest of the headers tht are not hard-coded (ie. actually use HeaderStrategy).
