* Use the new MessageComposer lib. It only handles plain text so far. If you want to use the old composer, define BUILD_NEW_COMPOSER to false at the top of CMakeLists.txt

The weirdest thing is that messages are not kept in KMail's outbox/sent-mail, but instead passed directly to Akonadi storage. So there is no way to see them from within KMail yet.

KMail is exiting and wants to open the wallet, but is killed during
that time (happens during logout).
Now, the account config groups are saved after writing out the existing
accounts, so this can't happen anymore.
I also removed the feature to disable accounts, it was only a
hidden feature and caused trouble with this.

Disable the starting of Akonadi again, it didn't really fix the duplicate POP3
bug properly, since the brided resource also uses event loops when fetching the
collection initally.
