Roberto Teixeira	c08e892412	Added option to allow each identity having a separate sent-mail folder. Also ... added a option to pick a sent-mail folder on the composer window. The folders are all identified by the idString() and in all situations there is a fallback (kernel->sentFolder()) in case the specified folder has been deleted or something like this. Anyway, the composer should aswell use availableEncodingNames/descriptiveEncodingNames instead of availableCharsetNames().
