Marc Mutz f5277ffb7f Extract kmatmlistview.{h,cpp} and kmlineeditspell.{h,cpp} from kmcomposer.{h,cpp}. Part 2/<unknown> of my tear-kmcomposewin.{h,cpp}-apart work. Also fix some bugs in KMLineEdit::insertEmails() *Hint: a popup menu can be canceled, too.
