Allow Akonadi resources to participate in online/offline mode switching
...
Currently kmail has only a hardcoded check for pop3 and imap resources
when switching online/offline mode.
That means new/3rd-party resources can not participate
in this switching.
With introducing a new capability label "NeedsNetwork"
in a resources .desktop file, kmail can now switch the online mode
for all resources which have this flag set.

Disabling unread count wasn't enough, the icon still changed when
new mail arrived.

This is not for a bug-fix, but it's dead simple and it's more of
an hacker's option than end-user stuff, so I'm putting this in

The CMAKE_AUTOMOC feature is strict about the name of moc includes,
and these ones do not match what they should. They are also unnecessary.
CMAKE_AUTOMOC creates a separate file concatenating the moc files
per-target.
